OrgansTalk

Interactive Patient Education - Pharmaceutical Client

A character-driven interactive tool teaching patients how the heart, kidneys and pancreas work together.

OrgansTalk was built for an international pharmaceutical company to educate patients on the cardiorenal-metabolic system — how conditions affecting the heart, kidneys and pancreas are interconnected, and why managing one matters for the others.

I developed the core creative concept: the patient takes on the role of a newcomer, guided by a foreman character through explorable organ environments. Stylised characters animated over pre-rendered 3D backgrounds bring a rich branching dialogue system to life, allowing the patient to converse with multiple characters as they work to restore the communication links between organs.

I created detailed design documents, storyboards and visual development work, and directed a team of graphic designers, illustrators, 3D modellers and animators. The project was not released, but it represents some of my strongest narrative design and concept development work at Nucco.
