I'm a hands-on creative director, storyboard artist and illustrator working across animation, VR, interactive and print.
I've directed and storyboarded work for international clients including Google, Sony, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Bristol Myers Squibb and the NHS, across healthcare education, immersive training, branded content, game design, comics and film.
I grew up in Italy drawing comics, moved to London and spent a decade bouncing between disciplines: published comics in France and Italy, gamebookillustrations, RPG art, TV commercial storyboards, then VR, interactive patient education and creative direction. Every new medium taught me something the last one couldn't.
I care about clarity. Most of my work involves translating complicated subject matter (medical science, industrial safety, neuroscience, emerging technology)into visual stories that make sense to real people. I storyboard the vision in detail before production starts, which keeps small teams fast, focused and aligned.
My work has been recognised at the VR Awards, Raindance Film Festival and Indigo Design Awards. I've designed and taught one of the very first concept art and visual development course in Italy at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics of Reggio Emilia.

Creative Director / 2021-2026Led the creative vision for accessible digital health education, directing teams of medical writers, designers, 3D artists, animators and developers to produce interactive, animated and immersive content for pharmaceutical companies, NHS trusts and charities.-
Defined creative direction for interactive patient education programmes adopted across multiple NHS trusts, including Kidney Essentials (96% patient knowledge increase, 66% reduction in follow-ups).
Concept development, storyboarding and art direction for a personalised interactive storybook for children with a rare kidney disease (Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease).
Storyboarded and directed a VR pre-operative education experience for Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, designing environments and interactions for 360° and VR delivery.
Created the Micropilots concept for Sanofi (Dupixent): illustrated booklet and AR companion app for children aged 6–11, combining comics, games and guided breathing exercises.
Art directed and storyboarded animated explainer videos for clinical trials (Azafaros, Bristol Myers Squibb, Lupus UK/Autolus, Intrabio) and patient education series across multiple conditions.
Worked closely with medical writers, subject matter experts, patient advocacy groups and HCPs throughout co-creation workshops and review cycles.
Translated complex medical and scientific information into visual analogies, narratives and interactive experiences accessible to non-specialist audiences including children.

Led creative and art direction on Burning the Gaspee VR for Arizona State University: a narrative-driven mobile VR learning experience with a 100-page storyboard, developing a True Time Rendering workflow to deliver the project within budget.
Creative direction and UX design for a police de-escalation VR trainer (Google/Jigsaw), using room-scale locomotion, voice recognition and performance capture on HTC Vive Pro.
Designed and directed Synapse VR for Southern New Hampshire University: three Oculus Quest experiences teaching neuroscience through room-scale exploration and interactive tasks.
Created Learning From Incidents VR for Anglo American: an interactive 360° safety training simulation of a Brazilian refinery, developed after on-site research with the L&D team.
Storyboarded and art directed the Innovate UK Future Predictions video series (650% subscriber growth, Indigo Design Award gold) and a 360° dome film for the NEC. Art directed motion branding for UKRI across nine research councils.
Art directed Brides of the Well, an animated short film for WaterAid in collaboration with filmmaker Shekhar Kapur.
Led game design, art direction and visual development for Sinbad the Speller (Inglisi) and OrgansTalk, an interactive patient education tool with branching dialogue.
